Case Study 2

As President of Elm Tree Partners, LLC ("ETP"), Jeff Hartmann is currently leading the development of a multifamily project along the Connecticut River in Haddam, CT:

  • Project will consist of 80-units

  • Currently planning on the construction of 3 buildings

  • Each building will have 2 stories

  • The total square footage of the project is approximately 56,000 square feet

  • The project will be constructed on a 4.2 acre lot

As President of Experienta Development Partners, Jeff Hartmann led the development of The Shops at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort in Cherokee, NC:

  • At the time, Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort was in the midst of a major masterplan expansion

  • Included a new hotel tower, convention center, related parking structures, and major retail, dining, and entertainment expansion

  • The approximate size of the project was 233,000 square feet

  • Gross leasing area of 158,000 square feet

  • The total project cost was $85 million
